Weston Underwood, St Laurence

Amongst the best ancient glass in Buckinghamshire. In the tracery lights of the E window are nine small C14 figures, mostly painted and in silver stain set against a colour: they comprise a bishop, Sts Peter with a key (a rather darkened panel), John Baptist with lamb and flag, John Evangelist with chalice and dragon, Laurence with gridiron (also darkened), and Paul with a sword; above is Christ Ascending with two censing angels, all c.1380
